The Story

Hi! I'm Jackie

I am a Registered Dietitian, fitness enthusiast, Certified Meditation Teacher, Wellness Educator, wife, and mother. My entire life I have strived to make people's lives easier. I can remember as a kid wanting the people in my life to feel happy, laughter, comfort and at ease in my presence. As a child, I was always physically active, my family was vegetarian when it wasn't 'cool' to be, and my mental game was strong. When I pursued a second degree in Nutrition, that is when the doors to all different avenues of wellness truly illuminated my passion in life. 

Life is a combination of ALL our decisions, good and bad, and we make both everyday. We strive to make more good choices than bad but sometimes we fall short in some areas or aspects of our life. And that is okay! YOU are okay!

In order to achieve holism, we aim for balance within the 3 main pillars of wellness: nutrition, physical activity and mental wellbeing. 

The mission at Livebalanced is to help, guide, educate, motivate and give clients the personalized tools they need to succeed in living balanced.
